KeeBoo was founded in 1997 on the idea of presenting information on the Internet in the natural format of a document readable by simply "flipping through". This innovative idea allows to merge the look and feel of traditional print with the richness and distribution economics of the Web. The first application based on this concept is named KeeBook Creator; it is used by more than 150,000 users in 50 countries.

Now that the idea is only beginning to be developped by new market players, previous investments in R&D provide KeeBoo with a unique and patented technology named KeeBoo Publishing Server. Not only this technology allows to easily produce "ePublications" but it offers also new and extended functionalities allowing companies to extend their applications in eCommerce, catalog retail and online advertising.

Founded in 1997 by Michel SAFARS, KeeBoo has developped a unique expertise on technologies that are now patented in Europe and in the US.

June 1999: the KeeBook Creator software is released at PC Expo, New York; it is now used by more than 150,000 users in 50 different countries mostly in the Education field. The software won the ZDNet award in 1999 and 2000.

Early 2002 KeeBoo prioritizes its R&D investments and extends its technology application domains to the catalog retail, eCommerce, press and marketing sectors.

September 2002: the KeeBoo Publishing Server solution comes onto the market.

End of 2003: the eCatalog concept proved its benefits. By allowing to display one part out of a global offer for a particular client segment, the eCatalog is extremely efficient and enables to transform a click into a sale. Being able to customize the eCatalog contents in real-time upon the readers' criteria is increasing even more its effectiveness.
